If I could, I would give 0 stars. Robot was advertised with telepresence. And it said that it works with iPod touch 4G and iPhone 4+.....when I got it it said for telepresence you need iPhone 5+ and no iPod....what a ripoff....

I bought this useless toy so my 4 year old could interact with her grandmother via telepresence from Europe. Not only is it not mentioned telepresence only works on iPhone 5+ unless you dig through online FAQs. But surprise, THEY DONT OFFER THE CONTROLLER APP IN CANADA. So not only will they probably not offer it in Europe, I cant even use the damn thing here. Its going right back to Amazon.

I switched from an iPod 4 to an iPhone 5S. Make him use Game Center so I can transfer please!!!

Nice app. But theres still alot of things to be added! Hope it will be updated.

I cannot run either robome apps cant sign in with facebook or email without getting a message saying I may have a firewall blocking. And unable to connect to robome server!!!! These are Christmas gifts and they do not work,

Very disappointed, I bought a RoboMe in Nov 2014 and that very same month they stopped supporting the controller app. Every time I try to use it, it says that a firewall may be blocking my access. I put in a ticket with customer support and all I got was a we dont support the software version anymore reply. I tried to put in a second ticket to update the software and it said I have the maximum amount if open tickets. I guess they figured out how not to be bothered with any issues.

Horrible it keeps on giving me an error message and theres no support to find out what is the problem. I emailed the developer many times and still no answer

Stop selling the not working product. Remove your ad also. The app never work. Bad bad bad.

This version has a descent level of functionality but has some major bugs present. Ive tried the app on three devices including iPhone 3GS, 5, & iPad Mini with IOS 6-8. The ability to program in your own sensor response commands is a plus, and the ability to input your own recordings is its most powerful feature. The robot body does have enough sensors to make it function within an environment. Now the cons for the robot body & app. The body The built in voice for the body is grating after a short time and cannot be altered. The modes only appear to work when the iPhone is not installed. The navigation programing is poorly written and the robot often gets stuck. The cable that connects to the iPhone does not appear to hold steady and may disconnect at random. The App The 3GS face does not fit correctly onto the screen but it does work (I actually prefer the face a little more abstract). The text to speech functionality on all devices tested is still broken. Again Roam & Guard modes cannot be engaged via the app. Once the iPhone is added it looses its independent behaviors. The buttons that would normally trigger a mode are now programmable as the other sensors are. If you want to get an idea if this is something youd like Id recommend downloading the free app and testing it out. If you dont like the app you will most likely want to pass on the robot body. Ill report more once further testing is completed, including telepresence.

Is outside the App Store video application command, to use Robome with video conference , this was much more important to change the faces of the robot. I bought it just to use this feature and now no more .

I just want to play it with my sister. I cant do this because they are set to the same frequency. If you get the app, you really should be able to reset it. Now, if me and my sister are playing with it at the same time, we have to be in separate rooms in order to use them. THIS IS SUPER ANNOYING AND I PAYED $60 JUST DO I COULD DO IT WITH MY SISTER. And guess what! I CANT. Complete waste of money if you want to play with someone. PLEASE CHANGE IT!
